These Terms govern your use of moemoneymusic.com (the "Site"), operated by MoeMoneyMusic LLC, doing business as M&M Media ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What the Site is

The Site provides information about our services and lets you book a call with us. Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement — not by this Site. Booking a call does not create a contract for services.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the M&M Media logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Don't copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or harmful information.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

The Site uses and links to third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling and Meta for advertising). We're not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
